Yoga and Meditation

I craft slow flow and restorative classes set to meditative music. Each class is designed to help the practitioner come to a place of balance and well being. Thus, allowing the breath to be the guide, the mind to quiet and the body to find strength and then rest. Those who have attended my class experience deep peace, joy and relaxation.

Reiki

Reiki is healing energy and has roots of Japanese origin. Rei means “Universal Life” and Ki means “Energy”. Reiki healing energy is transferred to client via laying on of hands. The energy is intelligent and will travel through the body to where it is needed. 

What happens during an energy healing session

You will lie on the table, fully clothed. I will place my hands on or slightly over your body and detect shifts in energy. I may stay in one place for a while noticing level of intensity of energy in an area, allowing the healing energy to move into a particular area of the body where it is needed most. 

What you will feel during a reiki sesson

Everyone will have their own experience. You may notice heat, cold, tingling or other physical qualities. Some people have visions or sensations of something leaving the body. It is important to notice what is felt during the session as it is a clue to what happened during the healing session.
